1. 13 pin towbar electrics to be tested (7 pin exempt).
2. Leak detector for LPG's.
3. All doors must open/close (before it was just the front).
4. Door hinges/catches and pillars are tested for corrosion.
5. Inappropriate brake mod's.
6. "missing" cats and DPF's.
7. Any dash warning light, airbag, PAS light, TPMS, brake pad light, any light really (before it was just ABS light).
8. PAS level, steel pipes for corrosion/security.
9. Any "product" that reduces light output (tights, paint, tint, etc.).
10. Battery security and wiring.
11. Inner CV boots/TRE boots/ball joint boots for splitting.
12. Inappropriate suspension mod's.
13. Steering lock must work when ignition key removed.
14. Drivers seat must be able to adjust and lock in place.
Highlighted the ones most likely to catch people out on here (not specifically you Zack!)
That bonnet looks good though mate, can't wait to see the finished pics!

Lucky we dont need to get MOTs for a few years and what's classed as inappropriate suspension?
But most people will get the exhausts changed for an Mot anyway.

Well, it might be the case that the rules only apply to cars manufactured from the date it gets inforced, that's what they normally do.
Apart from some brighter bulbs, possibly an induction kit in the future I'm happy with mine as it is, it attracts enough attention already!
