        How's the remap on the 110 being done these days? Is it set-in-stone now/easier to do this model - has the cost come down aswell?

          1 PS = 98.6% OF 1BHP

            Not going much higher, I don't want to have to scream the turbo to death. I'll probably tweak it a little more to get 220hp but its torque I'm more interested in. Plenty still left in the turbo, fuelling and advance so shouldn't be a problem.
            I really want to go big turbo or hybrid but this car is my miss's run around so it wouldn't really be practical. Maybe have to treat her to a diesel DS3 so this one can be MY play toy.

                Realy good numbers Jamie! :cool:
                From 1500 to 5000 rpm you'll always have more then 300nm of torque!!

                Did you already changed the clutch?

                  Clutch is still original.
                  Not sure what its rated too but seemed to hold up very well.
                  Mapping wasn't made torque bias, just want a good smooth balance of both.

                    Didnt know u needed so much patience to modify a motor
                    Wont do anything till my Cats/exhaust sorted and finished- lets hope late November/ early December and price is not too astronomical
                    Then will have a chat with you- prob in the New Year.

                          Car is now back to stock ready for its visit to Milltek.
                          Did a quick oil change and oil flush.

                            How long would it take to remove and replace to stock, a Forge Intercooler
                            Is it hard work?
                            To me it looks like a big radiator bolted on behing the front mouldings
                            So taking off and switching back would be a pain, but more time consuming than anything- would that be right?
                            Bet you cant wait for your new exhaust system
                            Is the Mrs gonna get the car after that LOL
