I love your wheels! I wanted to get OZ for a long time i'm just afraid to go with 17'' because of wheel gap, and can't find 18''s here...
Are those Bremobs same as the Racing ones or bigger?
Love the studs too didn't even know they existed , mine are corroded so im sure doing this, thanks
I'll see if I can can get flat washer type nuts from my supplier.
Yes still the standard size 285mm disc. Was hoping it would need the 302mm disc same as 207 gti.

It's flat but slightly bigger where washer sits, and slightly tapper end then threads to hold alloy on
The one I got from Citoren looks very similar to that with that tapper 'piece' but has no washer?! and it was sealed...wonder if they sent the wrong one, Ill make sure to check the other ones asap...

If it ain't got the washer it's for a steel wheel only
Not a great deal changed last few weeks...
I've got another turbo from a 208 gti that I'm going try at some point, I'll fit the JCW manifold that I've had for ages at the same time.
Should be interesting
How's the R?
White on red THP
Miltek exhaust with HKS highflow cat, Forge intercooler, hard pipe kit, induction kit, oil catch tank, , VAG BOV, Stage 3 SPT remap 217 BHP
Will a 208gti turbo be better than OEM then? Bigger?
R performance is more than you want. 355bhp and 490 n/m torque, with a Tuning box which takes me about 1hour to fit and remove (Jack car up to get to one of the sensors). Its a piggy back thing. Lots owners go for a remap, but not sure how long I will keep mine. Not having had a VW before, Im not an "enthusiast". Cars a bit bigger than expected. Very accomplished car, 2014 models should be around £20k now.
The 0-60mph is almost frightening. Top end you are well up there before you realise. Fantastic feeling. Lots on the roads tho round the country, altho not too many where I live.
Thinking about getting another colour, with Dynamic chassis control, but as usual cant mod much within warranty
Gonna spend £3k on a DS3 DSport as soon as they get that price, prob later next year, then modify it to hell, even a glitter spray job maybe. Should be up at yours getting a special priced remap
Yours looks fab- you selling?
May well go for an S4 or 5, AMG 45 as alternative main daily motor
Yes 208 gti turbo has larger compressor housing, similar size to 175THP and BMW Mini N14, should give 25-30 ponies more hopefully.
Would like it on before its next track day mallory park on the 22nd.
Won't be selling it for a long time yet...
