We can arrange cars and convoys for food taxi's, so I'm not too concerned if we can't all be at the same place, but 20 min drive to the venue, Beefeater on site, close to shops, are we ok to make Derby East the backup hotel? Over South it has new rooms

Everyone is welcome to book and stay where they would like though!!
