From what he was saying I very much doubt the guy would sell it as he's had a very long time. It's only had the seats recovered with a colour change to blue, the exterior is totally original.

Perchance to dream! I will own one someday,I absolutely love these cars especially as I sat in one of the cars at Classic Car Sunday both in the drivers seat and the rear passenger seat/sofa!

I was thrilled to do that,may even get a drive in the future!

I shall call the big DS La Grande Canape/ The Big Sofa! As this describes both the ride and the comfort level!

Thankyou,that is a popular video which I have watched on several occasions before,it sums up the innovation and qualities that make the car such a pleasure to own and drive and certainly helped make up my mind that I would love to own a classic DS in the future!

Wasn't sure if you'd be going following the sad news of your recent bereavement.

I think we'll try to get there for 12ish, traffic permitting, gives us time for a nosebag before the event.

The event is local to me and I really would like to attend anyway as it is a nice afternoon out! Thanks for your kind thoughts.

My plan was to lurk around from 12 pm to see DS3ers and to watch some classic motors arriving as some start to come along at this time.
