Hi Clive, how are you doing?
I have a request please, as a novice to your hobby, in that I would like
a list of what you would recommend I need for a good basic cleaning /polishing kit.
Could you also tell me the cheapest places to purchase such items you suggest?
Boomerangs are just frisbees for lonely people!!!! :snowy0:

Jon, take a look on www.detailingworld.co.uk - the question whilst a simple one has lots of answers. You definitely need two buckets, a wash mitt and a soft drying towel as a very basic start. Never let a sponge or chamois go on your car if you want to keep a deep gloss. I've got my favourite places like Autobrite (link above) for detailing stuff. Cheapest isn't always best but Autobrite are very down to earth prices.

Don't be disheartened mate. I had to cancel one altogether as no one was coming.

Keep the useful stuff coming as people are very interested and then we will try again later or early next year when we can put some structure to meet dates

I was up for this, but saturdays are always tricky

A sunday is a better bet?

Mine wouldve been a prime candidate for a demo, 1600 miles of European flies over the front of it
