                      As the pope is in Birmingham today, I just had a quick look at the AA Roadwatch for any problems and it looks all O.K.

                      I would suggest that where possible we avoid going through the city though just in case of road closures etc. Think we should be OK at Star City, I doubt he will pop into Nandos

                        popes traffic should be earlier and clear by time we arrive or alot of people will be missing him he arrives at the park at 9 by helicopter

                                Sorry I had to dash off, ice hockey training called (son, not me!) and I had to follow the yellow/black DS home otherwise god only knows where I would have ended up. Great to meet a few faces, the cars all look great parked together - much more 'eye catching' than the Honda meet opposite.
