Just to confirm for the benefit of those who haven't seen it...

The plan is to meet up at the Novotel just off J3 of the M6. It's located literally minutes away from the Ricoh so won't take long to get there. Meeting time is 0830, and the idea is to then be knocking on the doors at 0900.
