Having been with the same dealership for the last six years, having bought my C8 from new (not cheap) from them, returning there for each and every service and MOT, it has just gone back to the service department (for the third time) to deal with a fault which they said they had fixed (brake pads worn warning message - pads checked by them and said to be o.k.).
Knowing that I bought a C8 because I have triplets, (the cars been in that many times that I am now on first name terms with the service department) and all the associated baggage that goes with them, they said at the time of booking it in that they would check to make sure that they had a large enough courtesy car for me.
Having dropped the car to them this morning, what do the ***** give me...................................?
A C1 :mad::mad: Are they taking the pi$$ or what?
I also got a quote from them a few weeks back for a DStyle+ and they were the most expensive of the three dealerships closest to me and more than £1200 dearer than my final price.
Obviously they do not give a damn about customer service, or repeat business, and as a result they will now be losing my business, not only the car purchase but future servicing of two vehicles.
Very short sighted in my opinion.
