unless there is a camara sign the little sq one with the white background they cant touch you it will come down to intrapment as there was no sign.

It's not entrapment if you're caught breaking the speed limit on a public road, if the police are intimidating you into going faster then it would be.
By not telling you that they'll be checking your speed and then checking your speed I can't see how that's entrapment?cyclone> Fish is the man

Could have been a survey (usually carried out by Council Highways staff) or could have been the police training members of the public on one of these new community enforcement projects (tickets are warnings only).
