Should be completely awesome! I've got both the 920 and the 925 at the moment (as well as other high end phones using other operating systems) and I prefer to use Windows Phone for security, ease of information display and the camera (esp the 925).

The 41mpixel camera on the 1020 should blow everything else out of the water! Still waiting to hear if I'll get a review model through.

Yeah, Dad told me it should be my next phone - primarily because of the camera.

But too hooked on the apps for Android. Really not convinced by Windows.

Each to his or her own. It all comes down to choice and what you feel happy with. The HTC One (Android) gets used mainly for navigation (TomTom) as CoPilot or Navigon on Windows Phone are not quite as good. These days on Windows Phone 90% of the apps folks use are there, but if you've already bought into an OS eco-system then there is the cost element to consider.

If you / me make the next NW Meet I'll gladly give you a tour round the phones if you wish.

All I use really is taking photos, Whatsapp (110765 messages overall in 220 days, groups is another 60k odd) Instagram, tapa and Facebook.

Never use it for music, navigation etc.

The only missing app there is Instagram but even for that there is an unofficial client that works well enough.

Tour is no problem it's a date (well not a date but you know what I mean).

Whats the battery life like on the HTC when theres a few apps running
Other half has the Galaxy, and the batterys tailing off after 7-8 hours or so
Been back to the shop, replaced battery and allsorts. Not impressed

Does a 41mp camera make it worth going back to Nokia for me and will I despise a WP as much as I hate the UI on my laptop?
