Ok guys just a little story i want to share, yesterday i received a letter from Orange, now called EE that my bill will be increasing by 2.7% in line with the Retail Price Index, the letter stating the figure of 2.7% was published by the Office of National Statistics for March.
Me being me decided to check this yes it was 2.7% in FEBRUARY but 2.5% in March so i argued this with EE and they tried telling me that 2.7% was the average for the year, this i was not having so told them i will get the average and call them back.......the operator asked me to hold while she spoke to a colleague, 2 mins later she was back saying that because i was not happy with there billing structure i will get £5 a month taken off my bill for as long as i have a contract with them, i then informed her that i have 2 phones so she did the same for that also, upshot...my total bill is now £10 month cheaper.
Happy days
