With the bits you have ordered, from reading your above post, you DS3 would have a ticket price of £18895 and at £17100 that gives you a discount of £1795! Something doesn't seem right to me with that numbers and the margin in the car is not that big!!

You do know dont you that on Carfile.net with the same options the car is £90 cheaper! I just can't make it to where the car would have to be picked up from as I live in the Scottish Highlands. That price as far as I can tell is a good but not unattainable price. I just found that if you know what you want and know your options and other purchasing alternatives, providing you are not being an ass about it, most dealers will try hard for you if they want your business. If they don't then you are going to get bad service too should anything go wrong. Thats how I have always looked at it anyway.

Lady DS3, that price list was only a general breakdown to show me how they have come to the price. All taxes included in their final £17100 as I have been assured that this amount is all I will pay. with 12 months road tax.

Hehehe. No i didn't know that about the road fund licence hehe. Well I guess karma has balanced things out as the RFL for my other car is over £400!!! And the roads are so much better for it.....but thats another whole different rant altogether!

Anyway, thats the deposit paid and the car on order now. All prices double checked and confirmed. Phew now I can stop thinking about it for a few months.

No, no finance needed as I was very lucky and managed to sell a house.......yes in this crazy economic crisis. I was a bit shocked too.

Well I give in! Been looking at the margins and trading bonus and I still can't worked out how you got that price! The only thing I can think of is that it's a 'lost leader' for march in order to get to target where the extra bonus will be paid.

Well got my DS3 ex demonstrator today, only a further 30 miles on the clock from 27/1, so was well pleased. Dealer was reluctant to let potential buyers use the car, so ended up with only just over 1450 miles on clock.
No problems, cars handling is remarkably good, performance Ok, (But then use to BMW 328i), all I've got to do now is sell the BMW petrol guzzler.
