    Hi All

I'm a late starter to this driving malarky (26) so, obviously, I'm relatively new to owning a DS3.

Managed to get myself a cracking DSport, 4 years old with 31k on the clock and, after a few weeks I'm still absolutely in love with it.

Any advice, tips and general 'what to look out for' from the more experienced owners would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chris

            I'm guessing petrol.

The older model DSport(petrol) had a few incidents with pistons and other internals not withstanding the power they were generating but this seems to have been cured recently so keep an eye out for any "hesitation" issues whereby you press the accelerator in a high gear and have a slight judder from the engine.

This is an early warning sign that the car needs to be looked at by a Citroen Mechanic.

Other than that, the exhaust bracket may be subject to some corrosion and may need replacing later on in it's life if it hasn't already.

The only other thing to mention is our need for pics of your new car and welcome to the forum!

Looks great! Got to be among the first DS3s into the country as well I would have thought on a 59 plate?

Yeah, it was registered beginning of 2010 so I'm led to believe it's one of the first registered over here.

Previous owners were car lovers (well, that's the blurb I was given, believe what you will) so it's been well looked after.
