First ever Citroen

Hi guys and gals,

My girlfriend has just purchased a DS3 VTi, 1.6 petrol, 120BHP.

It's really very nice. What kind of things should I / we look for in terms of subtle modifications?

Can I get the aluminium pedals? Where from?
Can we change the interior lights to LEDs?
How tricky is it to change the head unit? Is it worth it?

Any tips on what you suggest or recommend, if anything?

Yep, from Citroen (not cheap as the accelerator is sold as a full pedal, not a cover). Or from eBay if you're lucky.

Can we change the interior lights to LEDs?

You can.

How tricky is it to change the head unit?

No more difficult than a usual head unit change.

Is it worth it?

Depends on what the current unit is and what you want from it. You can update the screen to Monochrome C screen for around £40 if you want to keep all the controls and improve the look.

Fellow VTi owner here, with quite a lot of visual modifications both done and planned for the coming year. Not really any performance gains possible, but making it look cool has affected my bank account in a similar manner

Because the 120HP Engine is a N/A, you can't do much for more power.
So my suggestions:
- Coilovers
- Exhaust
- MTech Short Shifter
- LED Interior Lights (+ you need two luggage compartment lights from Citroen to get everything white)
