Is there anything I need to look out for with the age and model car I've purchased guys?
She's being serviced for a 20k service , I've asked the dealers to change front tyres, front brake pads and carry out air con service before I sign on the dotted line.. Anything I should check for the car as it's 20 months old. :bow:Last edited by Saintsteve; 01-11-2014, 18:42.

The exhaust mounts are prone to corrosion. Also check the alloys for any corrosion, especially around the centre caps. There are a couple of issues that can crop up with the THP engines, but not having one I'll let someone who knows more than me explain those.

do you happen to know if the exhaust tips are replaceable separately or is it a case of metal polish and elbow grease to clean them?
Thanks again

If you are tempted, mjholde on here was selling his (the one pictured above) to raise funds for a house move. May be worth seeing if he sold it😁Andy DS3 Club's Resident OCD Detailer!
