I love Michelins but I can see that �100-�120 for Pilot Exalto 2 could put people off!

That's what I have at the moment .might see if I can stretch to get them to keep the tyres all the same .

I go to Micheldever Tyres in Hampshire which is a Protyre depot and usually save about �100 on a pair of tyres inc balancing!

I bought the latest Michelins when I had to replace my front tyres - well worth the additional expense

By shopping around they came down to around �85 a tyre

Michelins for me as well, I think �125 each but they are not the normal size (Pilot Super Sport 225/40/ZR18).

Rimstyle package net price = �79 each for Pilot Exalto 17s which is pretty good !

I put 4 Hankook Ventus V12 on my DS3 last month. very good tyre for the price.

Can someone recommend 205/45/R17 which are at least a bit comfier than the default Potenza RE 050A?

You won't get Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 for �90 each more like �110 -�120 each fitted but they are a great tyre

I just used http://www.mytyres.co.uk/ because I don't know the specific prices in the UK
