    Come off it Zack- Creepy?

I entered in SEARCH (As iDens suignature keeps going on about) "speed" or such like lookin for any comments
on speed issues and it came up with your story of getting 3 more points to your exisitng 3 points- were they all for speeding?

Did you get 3 points from the "Mobile camera van front on" thing?

the ones around my way caught me...

Its basically a ford connect both back doors open and he stands behind the van and you cant tell untill your next to it, where they have put a camera sign on the side of the van....

Ok Zack- but the SNOOPER reckons it detects both Laser and all bands of Radar on a residual basis therefore
detecting if laser/ radar has been used in the immediate vicinity. It also reckons it gives up to a minute warning too.

So I cant just accept what u say that they wouldnt detect your mobile van! But will consider it! Was it not a radar
            or laser in the van?

Think I'd rather have the snooper just to be on the safe side for those occasions when my speed just tips the limit
So why you think it wouldnt have got a mobile van- especially as they reckon their database is uploaded regulalry

Responding to debate- WTF are you saying you always use a 70mph limiter on the motorway? Or always stick to 70mph
and also never, ever, ever go even 1mph above 30mph- blimey u must be exciting to be with!

I dont believe anyone could honestly say they have never, ever, ever broken the speed limit (even off duty constabulary)
so lets hope there arent many sanctimonious comments on here- but hey- I'm sure there will be

Chris, tell me again why you need help to slow down near schools? Yes we have all sped but the sensible ones don't do it in blatantly obvious slower speed places and I have seen some real knob type driving when my car has been at the speed limit.

DS3ADI- I travel round the UK from North to South a lot, and go into areas I do not know at all so it would
be helpful to be alerted to the close proximity of schools. Surely this is a good thing?

Now I know this response is gonna be- drive slow, drive safe, you should always be driving careful etc etc etc- but
if there is a device that can help with safer driving I think it can only be good.

Why do POLICE not make illegal Sat Navs with camera warnings and devices like the SNOOPER- IMHO its because the devices
make people drive slower- simple as.

If you dont know a schools there, or within the next half mile, then surely any help is GOOD. And the warning IS NOT speed related

It just warns you a school is close- who said anything bout speeding near a school

And you say "Knob drivers" when your car has been at the speed limit- Just about every single car on the motorway must
be going past you cos when I do 70mph on a motorway the only thing slower is a lorry!

a sat nav would do everything you are saying, so why a snooper?

iDen- So a SAT NAV will give an audible warning that a school is in close proximity? - Thats good- which one?

So what about "High risk areas" IE High accident rates- will a Sat Nav show them? Cos that would make me slow well
down below the legal limit that which I would be travelling (Doffs cap)

If a snoopers so bad why it not Illegal?
