action MRC

Hey guys!

Just got a letter in the post yesterday, they want me to come in for a motorsoftware update.
They are calling it action MRC.

any of you get this?

So now we're booked in next Thursday to have this done.

oh, that could be it.. they didn't tell me what it was about...

but sounds pretty much the same, a 30min or so job she said on the phone.

I've got the 120, so not that up to date with what and why. Others will have more info if there isn't enough in the thread there

As far as I've read and observed it only seems to be the THP150's being recalled. I think the software will sort out the lights but I also think it will have updated management to give you slightly better MPG and possibly bring the emissions down closer to the 155

I've not noticed any problem with my lights, and my baby is a THP150.
But better MPG and less emission is a great thing!

From what I've read they're saying it's preventative...god only knows. If I'm getting new software in my ECU I'd like to know exactly what they've done to it first

I would probably not understand what they were telling me anyway. :redface:

So i'll just have to trust that they know what they are doing... If something goes wrong, I'll just have to go back and complain or something.

I've not had her rempped, don't think we have that anywhere around here for the DS3, or Citroën for that matter
So I'm quite jealous of you guys over there....
