I never did understand this mania for cup holders. Eating and drinking whilst in control of the vehicle is illegal anyway, and if passengers insist on doing so (frowned upon, in my car!) they can jolly well hold onto their cups etc.
Minor niggles with the car:-
Orange screen for the radio etc. Would prefer LCD like the fuel gauge / cruise control.
The position of interior light. My C4 had two - one above the rear view mirror for the front; the other in the back. A single one (virtually in the back) makes no sense and is quite awkward to use.
The sloping floor in front of the front passenger seat. My wife has long legs and a back problem. She finds it uncomfortable on long journeys not to be able to stretch her legs out in front of her. (The C4 was fine).
The small seats. The seat base isn't long enough to provide adequate support. I've got used to it now, but it felt weird to begin with, after the C4 (there's a theme developing here!!) which had adult sized seats, not children's ones!
Not having the digital air con. Mines the manual version. (OK, that one's my fault, but I decided I didn't want to pay extra for the 'plus' version which would also have given me Bellone wheels, bluetooth, an arm rest and probably also other stuff, none of which I wanted)
None of the above would deter me from buying another DS3 though - cracking little car.
