From a 'being seen' point of the view the new indicators are way better than the current design, and have the added coolness of their animation.

When the rear 3ds came out the first available were £600, then dropped to £500 within a month to 6 weeks, stayed at that for several months (And quite a few bought at that price) then dropped down to £300 for the set, if you hunted around. You can just about get them for just over £250 now, if you have discount vouchers and that. Or even cheaper if you take a chance and but them singly on ebay

Moral: Hang on if i were you, unless you have money to burn

I got the rears for £420 just after they came out. I really really REALLY want the new ones. Especially as my offside rear LED got smashed

We'll see how much they are on release. Probably will still wait for a group buy but it'll have to be quick!

Thing is about stuff when it first comes out, is they can sell it for what they want. Even above RRP
Thats what has happened with the Racing Cabrio AFAIK. Asking more than RRP in my local dealer.

So when fancy extras come out, its where you can find it cheapest.
The first member that got 3d rears on here, paid £600 on day one and fitted them himself
