I assume if they don't do the plugs then its just the same as last year ....filters and oil

My local dealer is brilliant, 1st service at 12,250 miles no issue at all and said they will see me again in another 12,250 (my recollection is this mileage again) or 1 year

Well I am really not surprised ....but now MAC (Who I though was helpful) has now called back and has basically echoed what the service manager stated to me yesterday?? Even though an hour ago he was in agreement with me ....... WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?

I am going to see the service guy next week and will have to speak to him face to face to try and resolve this, but I doubt I am going to get anywhere...

Am I going mad or is this just stupid ....its simple .....I have a servicing contract 36months / 35000miles ....it states that after 2yrs or 20K miles I need a service and that inbetween the schedule services it is recommended that I have an annual service .....so far I have had 1 annual service at 10K miles .....I am now at 2yrs ....so surely I need my next service?!??!?!?!?!

No you are right, if you wave Citroen's own PDF about the Service Plan then all should be good.

Failing that point them towards the actual Contract Clause 5.3!!

Or better yet tell your current dealer to get stuffed and give the business to another dealer who knows what they are talking about...

This is great BF ....more ammunition for my discussion with the service manager. I will show him all of these documents and even if he says ...yes OK ...I will say no thanks I am going elsewhere. I cannot stand things like this ...makes my blood boil!! Total lack of after care and service once you have purchased the goods!! and what makes it worse is they don't even seem to be able to agree themselves whether it should or shouldn't?!?!?!

I mean seriously why would I agree to pay £449.64 for 1 service?? lol

Looks like a DStyle Plus. Check the filler cap for what fuel it takes, usually a sticker in there. Petrol probably 120 VTi / Diesel probably 90 e-HDi.

Service done!! Northampton Citroen were very good and I will definitely go back. Will be calling Kettering Citroen tomorrow just to let them know they are rubbish hahahahahaa
