Took mine in first thing Thursday ( 20th June ). They checked and mine requires the ignition coils replaced, unfortunately they did not have the correct parts in stock so I have to take it back in next week. It's driving OK at the moment and has been since the upstream O2 sensor was replaced 7 weeks ago, although I've done less than 400 miles in that time :redface:DS3 Racing, also available in White!!!

Went for mine on Saturday. after waiting for 30 minutes they told me that there was only 2 of the required 4 parts for the job in the box which had been delivered. The missing parts are on back order in France, and they'll let me know when they're back in stock.
I wouldn't have minded except, you would think they could have opened the box before making me take a 20 min drive to the dealer only to have no work carried out.

A bit of personal advice - You need to lower your expectations of Citroen's customer service, it allows less room for disappointment.
Any idea on when they'll have the bits in?cyclone> Fish is the man
