I am interested in upgrading my brake pads as well...I notice that most people here use ebc greenstuff..What is the difference between green and yellow pads? I will be using my car for fast road use (not track) so I need some pads than can stop my car better than the factory ones

I think yellowstuffs are much louder in general street use - not the most pleasant thing, but better performance and lifetime. Oh, and a sh*t-ton of brake dust lol.

Been trawling through a Civinfo thread and 90% of the people there say the green is pants, but the yellow is a big improvement to OEM if you can handle washing your wheels every week

I had Carbone Lorraine RC5+ (because RC6 was advertised as a full race application) almost 2 years ago and really did not like them! My current Ferodo ones are much better, tho very expensive! So I'm looking at EBC for my next set tooDS3 Racing | Matt Orange | eTuners Stage III+ | Wössner Forged Pistons | Bastuck De-Cat Exhaust | Bilstein B12 Pro-Kit | AEM Water/Methanol Injection | Motul 300V Competition Oil | Mahle Coated Bearings | Cylinder Head Porting | 100 Octane Juice
