No doubt this question will be asked again and again as new people join....
If your DS3 has bluetooth and can search and find your phone, but fails the pairing stage then you can do the following, (2 and 3 at your own risk)
1. Go to your dealer who will reset the audio system and then it should work.
or
2. Disconnect (with your ignition off) your battery positive terminal for 15 seconds and then reconnect.
or
3. Pull the audio system fuse for 15 seconds (with ignition off) and then replace. This should be a fuse in the glove box fuse board. On my DSport is is fuse 8, a yellow 20AMP fuse, but please check your user manual to ensure you have the right fuse.
You should then be able to search, find and pair your bluetooth phone for calls, and if supported for directory listings and streaming of stereo audio. If is still doesn't work, it may well be that your phone is not supported.
Cheers
