Sorry for not coming back guys! Done some more research and found a few Citroen and Peugeot rd4 and rd45 radios with the screens (which are the ones used in models with Bluetooth). I asked the seller if that would be compatible with a ds3 because I am trying to upgrade my current stereo system. they said yes it would be fine and they will provide the codes etc. Would that be just the simple to straight swap my current radio and screen?

I've been looking in to this to. I found a thread on a Peugeot forum where someone tried and failed a couple of times but found that he needed the BT module from a car the same age as there are a couple of units.
Bits you need;
The C type screen
BT module, cables and the holder for the unit
Interior light with built in microphone to make BT hands free calls
After installing all that lot you need to make the changes via Lexia.
