Just on specs, it's touchscreen, it's TomTom and it plays DVDs. I was thinking of picking up a white MyWay dash from John Nicol and doing it that way.

Tbh it is easier than making a new interface for the current LCD.

Unless of course the head unit has all the components present for the input but is missing the connector. Someone should take one apart!

Imho it's theoretically possible.

But firstly I would like to confirm the wiring between RNEG and monitor.
On GPS Underground, one says it's LVDS.

In Japan all the officially imported Citroens don't have Myway. So I can
not ask them about this
