    I'm leaving the centre resonator box in for now, I want to keep the noise down as much as possible. I might get a larger bore centre section with resonator made up at a later date.

            Nicely modded little DS3! Pretty well helped me create a matching wish list for my DS3 "Remus exhuast, Forge intercooler, hard pipe kit, induction kit, oil catch tank, PCV delete, BOV, Stage 1 SPT remap 200 BHP"

            I was interested to know though what you think of the bang for buck aspect of individual mods? i understand of course that they all work together to produce the result and individually on their own they may not be all that useful but...

            The intercooler would look like making a biggest difference along with the remap of course but a lot of pipework air filters BOV and exhuast work i see really just either sounds or looks better but doesn't achieve much if anything measurable on say an accelerometer or 1/4 mile and although dyno measurements are often quoted I have seen the variations between too many dyno runs on the same car same dyno same operator different day to believe they can measure small gains effectively.

              I recommend firstly doing the PCV delete, oil catch, iridium plugs, and uprated VAG recirculation valve mod. I ran a Pipercross panel filter prior to the induction kit.
              Then remap it. Test on a stage1 for a few weeks to make sure everything is running smoothly.
              The next best improvement was given by the intercooler. You can get this at a later date when funds allow.

              There's no need to fit a loud BOV when you have this induction kit, being so close to the recirc valve it already sounds like you've put one on

                  Question about the PCV delete.
                  When you do this mod, do you then directly need to place the Catch Tank?

                    I had the PCV deleted done a couple of months before fitting the catch can... However I did notice a building up of oil tarnishing on the turbo intake over this period. When I fitted the oil catch I cleaned out the turbo intake with some solvent cleaner, ive checked it's condition several times since and its still clean as whistle.
                    I had a customer come in who worked for BMW and had a lot information on the prince engine, he said there's to much crankcase gases going through the turbo when you blank it off and a catch can is a must when you do this mod.

                              Still running stage1 at the minute, but I've added a small change to the mapping to prevent fault codes for lamda/O2 sensors...
                              It's at 200hp without the decat so it should have a couple more now I hope. I'm only gonna push it just a little more, when I can find some time to get it on the rollers.

                                Stage 2 testing today, some good results without ringing its neck

                                Peak boost is at 1000mbar tailing off to 800mbar at high RPM's.
                                217.2PS and 420Nm
