Oh it's important in that aspect...

But it doesn't actually effect them.. plenty more issues that directly effect everyone.

The EU won't stop trading with us because of our non membership, examples - we are the largest importer of German Cars, without us trading with them the companies would see huge negative growth ; VW Group may have gone bust, why would they suddenly cut off their largest market just because we aren't a member of the EU? Also how have the Asian Tigers managed to be the fastest growing economies with the largest percentage of exports in the world without the EU along with many other countries.

And human nature, we would still be living in Ethiopia if it was for our drive to be better.

I think we are a remarkable species,. We have gone from walking out of Africa to leaving our planet in only 50,000 years, an astonishingl achievement.

Business is business Chris, The EU and more importantly the companies based their need us as a consumer. My concern is the negative effect UKIP are having on the leave campaign.

We need the European market, more than they need our goods. Figures are there.

                              UKIP? LOL.

Chris, the UK is the financial capital of Europe, it is also a HUGE commercial market for Europe. We manufacture and sell very little in the commercial sense to Europe but we do buy a phenomenal amount from them.

Without the UK as a market to trade in, a significant number of European (predominantly German) companies will see massive drops in revenue. Have a read of the business and trade publications, the Germans have said as much.

Just have a look at what has happened to VW with just a small drop in sales in the UK, they cant give away their cars at the moment, imagine if trade tariffs increased the prices, they would need to sell at a loss (they are already selling many models at cost price).
