Its a good point for discussion though, what do we do that we couldn't stop doing (not life essential obviously).

    From Psychology Today
Addiction is a condition that results when a person ingests a substance (e.g., alcohol, cocaine, nicotine) or engages in an activity (e.g., gambling, sex, shopping) that can be pleasurable but the continued use/act of which becomes compulsive and interferes with ordinary life responsibilities, such as work, relationships, or health. Users may not be aware that their behavior is out of control and causing problems for themselves and others.

Had to add a half portion of porridge to my diet, right after gym before bed, i think i was calorie deficient so recovering less after training.

So far the positives have been.
      Zero bloating after any meals
      Way tighter around my midriff

      Negatives
      Food is sooo boring
      Always hungry
Toilet time has been a touch painful once or twice.
