Price sounds about normal. Fitting requires some cutting to size, some bullclips and starting in the middle working outwards should give you no problems though.

And yes I will be the boring one here.... Check how your insurance is affected. Most seem to class a splitter as "performance enhancing" and will probably hit you in the 'nads hard with an increase in premium. Or.... Hopefully they wont put it up, its dear enough as it is £110 a month!

Yeah to be fair I do have a 1.6 diesel (not sure what engine size you run?) but its the most ive ever paid for insurance and its not modified (much- shhh!) and its the second newest car ive owned (had a c1 from brand new (16plate) and traded it for this as it was boring to drive in comparison haha

Really want to start adding mods but ive just got off the phone to them and they want to add £99 on the premium just to have a splitter so not bothering
