I wouldn't say the drop is massive at 21, but still nicer than before. The biggest dropper is hitting that 5 years NCD mark. The first 2 years of no claims have done piss all for me.
I'm not likely to see the "drop" at 25 either, seeing as I'm buying an Evo at that point

Also, second (first full) year on the DS3 was just over £800 a year - this is fully comp SDPC with motor legal protection, personal injury, and breakdown. I always go fully kitted out on insurance. Now at about £720 with all the same, plus mods declared i.e. paint, decals, seats.
