Wow the DM - arguement lost right there

I have to agree with cyclone, the tailpipes on my diesel DS3 are much cleaner than most of the petrol cars I see in the car park, must be invisible poisons

Here are some good articles on the subject of gdi and soot. http://articles.sae.org/13624/ , http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...01679X15000432 and just found this one again http://energy.gov/sites/prod/files/2...lee_2014_o.pdf

If your interested, that's fine, if not well that is fine too

Hi all thanks for the advice, but I am now contemplating removing the PDF and having a Remap as well, I think this may be an option and it should release a few extra horses.
I took it back today to trade in against a Mini Cooper S, and theB#stards offered me £3000 less than what I bought it for 6 months ago
So no matter what I will be staying with the DS3, I do love every thing about it apart from these problems.... Citroen have a lot to answer for I feel completely duped!

Ok, let us know how you get on, do you have a friendly MOT place in mind to do the MOT once the DPF is removed ? It's an automatic fail these days

Who's going to do the remap ? Jamie at SP Tuning is amazing, he owns a DS3 as well as being on the forum - http://www.sptuning.co.uk/

He's done loads of DS3s on the forum...

The offer sounds about right, £250 loss per month on average plus workshop prep, warranty, HPI costs, VMC costs, Valet costs and part exchange margin...

Not trying to be harsh but I tend to find a lot of people forget these things.
