Dealer Servicing

I've just put my car into the Glasgow dealer for a service and MOT, how good is your local dealer for their customer service and general attention? I've never used the main dealer for a servicing generally and I'm curious as to how the dealers compare through out the country. I booked it through Citroen servicing {although they did try to book it into Arnold Cr#p} but i was quite insistent that they didn't :star::star:

I use BCC Citroen in Bolton and I haven't got a bad word to say about them. The service team are fantastic and have really helped me out in the past. I'd never go to another dealership.

Have used MMC Citroen Dorchester for around 12 years now, and always had good service. My dashcam showed no untoward behaviour on my recent service, and they also just supplied and fitted 4 new bellones under warranty.

I've never had any problem with them, parts/sales/servicing have always been excellent and do what they promise. On the servicing side they've replaced Bellones under Citroen warranty, replaced the clamps for the front bumper when the bumper started popping out on the sides and fixed my crackly/faulty head unit for the stereo.

(This should be a sticky thread so that anyone interested can look for a recommended dealer )

I always use Luffield Cars in Loughborough. It's a bit of a trek from Nottingham but the service is always excellent.

You won't be disappointed with the service at Luffield. I have bought 2 cars from them now and they went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible.

The service I've received from my dealer since I picked up my car has been nothing short of awful. Before I signed the documents they couldn't do enough for me.

I think one of Liam's build threads (laterly known as DS3 destruction threads ) might shed some light on it.... A quick search for posts by Dangerousfish with 'BCC Bolton' should narrow the options down
