I will be very interested in the finished match of your newly sprayed bumper, sounds you like you have an excellent dealer, my dealer is also very good so wil give him a call next week to have mine sorted out.

I only emailed Citroen UK out of curiosity to see how they stand on this, but they appear to be "dragging their feet" on replying to me.

I was told Citroen UK are aware of the problem, the good thing is Citroen London West do recognise it doesn't look right and are willing to put it right.

Both my dealer and his manager agree it dosen't match, so are happy to put it right, still interested in what Citroen UK have to say though, as this could cost them big money,

Although paint will wear faster it won't be that dramatic change wise on a new car say within last 2 years , if dealer recognises problem there obviously is one , bit harsh to say hate u all lol !!

Just picked her up from the dealers, colour match has been resolved, looks white as it should be. Only problem the black casing around the LED has got some overspray on it so will be booking it in again to sort that out.

Glad you got it sorted mate, pity about the overspray though. Did they respray the bumper in situ then ??? or what.

Not sure what the spray man was thinking, I reckon they didn't take the bumper off and just did bad job of masking up, anyway I spoken to them about it already and will return it next month. What's happening with your?, did u get any reply for Citroen UK?
