Order was placed Thursday last week, but the car was already on the production run at that point. rolled off the line Monday morning. :-)

Nearly time to get my DS3 dSport Plus

Nearly time to get my DS3 dSport Plus, ordered it on the 23rd May and just had an email saying its in Calais and should have it within 14 days
Feels like iv being waiting forever after being promised ill get it before my birthday in the begin of July. Hope i get it this week fingers crossed

When did you get the email? If it was today then unfortunately I don't think you'll get your car this week, more like later part of next week. I'm sure Bigfeet can give you a more accurate date.

I think 14 days from Calais to dealer may be a bit tight...

FYI, my dealer informed me that my car had hit the UK on Friday just gone, after rolling off the line on Mon 2nd... So 11 days from Factory to UK...

My dealer should have the car tomorrow, so that's another 3 days from port to dealer... Then add a couple of days for PDI/Registration etc...
From memory, which port the car hits in the UK will depend on ure dealer location. If ure up north, then u've got an additional 2 days from port to RDC...

There's a lead-time chart on here which details the delivery steps and typical lead times... Which is where I got a lot of the above info from when 'tracking' my car...

DS3's all come into the country via the same port, from there they will be transported to the appropriate RDC (regional distribution centre) for further transport. Delays can happen with there is a shortage of transport trailers or if dealers 'forget' to call vehicles off to the showroom (guilty ).

The chart is a guide but please do not use it as a 'hard and fast' to decide what delivery day your car will have.

I have just been informed that the Dsport plus HDi 110 I ordered on the 5th of May has arrived in the UK today 26th July.

How long do you think it will be from docks to dealer ?

You should get it next week I would say. Only take a day or two to get it to the dealer then its checks and clean. I think they organize the registration once its in the UK so they will be on that now. Biggy is the man with the definitive answers though.

Finally got a date for the collection of my car it's either Tuesday 7th August if I can get the afternoon off :confused: or Wednesday 8th August first thing
It was supposed to be delivered 22nd June so only 6 weeks late.
