I'm not sure what else you're looking for us to suggest.
Maybe you could clarify what the outcome you're hoping for is?
I am basically asking do I still have to pay for the car as I agreed for the sale and paid my deposit or do I refuse to accept the car? If I refuse to take the car am I in a position to claim back my deposit?

See my last post.
From the day of receipt you have upto 28 days to return the car with no questions asked. After this time you would probably need to get a solicitor involved.

It may all come down to your word against theirs and if it's not in writing it's not going to be easy to win.
To the best of my knowledge all DS3s have cruise control, unless that has changed recently. The current brochure, downloadable from Citroen's website, certainly shows cruise control for all versions.
All DS3s do also have tinted windows - just not the dark-tinted rear windows, which are optional on DSigns, standard on other models.

Don't worry, you're getting a great little car!
Now, the important question:
What colour?
That's what I thought up until I read the comparator and it claims it does not have cruise control, I am very confused.
I chose Grey + blue roof with Ashera Black rims..I have a thing for grey cars lol
I further discussed the Dsign with the salesman who made sure I understood the Dsign was very basic so I added DRL's,Emyway city signature, new rims and many more features to spruce it up a little.
(DStyle)...A cool feature that caught my eye was the cruise control, so I asked the salesman do all Ds3's come with cruise control as I would be ordering a Dsign model and he said YES along with many other features such as tinted windows etc.
Even I'm confused at to what you want and what you think you have...

Call the dealers and ask them to recap your order, and confirm what the Dsign comes with as standard (what you think it does)
As per the image from the recent brochure:
• ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD)and Emergency Braking Assistance (EBA)
• Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
• Driver’s, front passenger’s, front lateral and curtain airbags
• Front seat belt pre-tensioners with force-limiters
• Front fog lights
• Cruise control with speed limiter
• Gear EfficiencyIndicator (manualmodels only)
• Variable power assisted steering
• Sport suspension
• High-frequencyremote controlcentral locking with deadlocks
• RDS stereo radio/MP3 compatible CD player with steeringmounted controls and six speakers
• Auxiliarysocket
• Electrically adjustable doormirrors
• Front electric windows with ‘one-touch’ operation on driver’s side
• Rear 1/3-2/3 split/folding seats
• 12 volt socket
• Multi-function on-board trip computer
• 16” ‘Nuclear’ wheelcovers (set of four)
• Chrome door handles
• Chrome door sill protector
• Chrome side rubbing strip
The Cruise Control is listed, so you need to confirm that its as standard
If you added the rear darker window tints, DRL's, wheel upgrade and EMy Way then you're all set? It's just the cruise control query?.....
Did you not sign an order agreement?
My DS3R3... nearly....

it looks like your d sign comes with cruise control/speed limiter acording to the specs so if that what you are on about on your first post,it should be all good and as fish has said if its not right the dealership should put it right for you
hope this helps you out if not go back to the dealership and get conformation of the specs for your car
have sold the racing but ive still got the ultra prestige
I found the configurator isn't always up to date, it took ages to have the Cabrio information on there.
The best thing to do would be to call a few dealers to confirm which information is correct.
I am really hoping this is the case, I called my salesman and he hung up the phone and said he would call me back as there is another customer in the shop...
Technically the configurator doesn't state that the DSign comes with a front windscreen either.
Have you been back to your dealer to discuss the options that come with the car? Probably best to clear things up with them before worrying about what is missing from an online configuration tool.

I gave them a ring this morning and he said he would call me back as another customer has entered the premise and then hung up..

Rather than getting mad about it and asking a bunch of strangers online to help you with something they weren't involved in a better solution would be to call the dealership again and speak to somebody different to clarify or pop over to the dealership so you can discuss it face to face.
A lot of people are repeating the same things to you now.
