Jamie is a member on here send him a PM. I wouldn't think just having a look would void the warranty.

I don't think the actual clean voids the warranty either does it ? My gripe would be that if you're still under Citroen warranty they should be looking at it for you rather than taking it to SP Tuning (who'd do a better job) at your expense.

Don't get me wrong Jamie is awesome but as this is a well know problem with these engines Citroen should be more aware. Have you asked the dealer to take a look at the valves etc for build up ?

I know there's something going on as it's very lumpy on idle tickover. There's no loss of power at all, however, I've only had it 2 weeks so I don't know what it was like from new.

        It's a year old and done 16k.

How can I get them to take it more seriously? Told em that I'd read it could either be carbon build up or fuel pump but unless they find anything, what can I do?

If I take it to SP Tuning, would that void my warranty? There's another 2 years left.

A trip to SP is pretty ideal for me as I'm Leicester. How much would it be to check it out and, if it turns out to be carbon, a blast?

I can't imagine Jamie charging too much for just an inspection. Shouldn't take him more than an hour to get a brew ready and a camera down there

I totally agree. I want Citroen to give a shit really. It's in again today for its still not resolved bluetooth issue and i mentioned again that it was lumpy on tickover and hopefully they will take a proper look. I've had this car less than 2 weeks and, although i love it, I'm getting very frustrated.

It is Not "Citroen" not giving a shit it is the DEALER, there are good ones and bad and everything in between. Take it to a different dealer and keep changing to you find one that that you like.

I know what you mean but having bought this car less than 2 weeks ago from this dealership, there are certain levels of service that expect/demand. I'll see what happens today and kick off if im not satisfied.

My dealer always calls for Customer Service feedback after my car goes in for anything, I think Citroen ask their dealers to do this for some incentive Scheme. You could mention that your feedback will be poor if they are unable to investigate your issue fully

Yeah. It's probably going to go that way if they don't investigate what I want them to. I'm not usually an angry person but might have to be in this instance.

I'm no car expert but you're feedback has been really helpful on all the various threads on the forum and want them to investigate what I think will be the issue.

No feedback on idle stutter. Been in again today. No knock codes or anything to suggest a poor flow of fuel.

Still doing it though. I'm not happy at all.
