    Just to update on the latest firmware - so far it has fixed all cutting out and any other issues on my car's touchscreen.

    Whole system seems more responsive too.

    I've also installed risk area alerts (speed cams etc), which I'm led to believe is only possible once it is running this latest firmware.

    The added bonus is that Apple CarPlay is great - really adds to the car (for me at least!)

      You have Car play in the DS3?

      HQ told us this would be impossible, can you upload images or a video to confirm?

        Yes, pictures above but will try and add video at some point too (can't use own phone camera while car play is running)

                Yeah it's not great as it was unfortunately pitch dark out by the time I took that and with the piano black dash there theres probably zero contrast. I'll try and commandeer another phone later to get some better photos including of each app running.

                      My car is booked in for Monday, however garage states I have the latest updates, so they are totaly confused on why mine is still playing up. Luckily I have several short video shots on my phone of it taking forever to start up or freezing and switching off.

                        When was your last software update? Might not be a bad idea to take prints of this thread to show the dealer if they are being difficult.

                        I had mine updated last Tuesday and it seems to be working fine now. The dealer did say that there is another update being released in February.

                          What version does it say when you hold down the settings icon?
