          You should still be able to access the menus with that. You had a look at the guide in that link i posted above? Theres 2 parts to that PDF.

            On the instructions you just posted it describes holding both buttons together to access menu...I havn't tried this dont think my instructions gave me that option.

                  Ive got CTSCT003 adaptor also. Purchased it along with the one im using. Same instructions as with CTHCT01
