Oil is suspended in the crankcase gases and generally just builds up over time.

You'll need a silicon hose reducer 25mm-19mm with a 30deg bend to connect onto your intake pipe. One on the cam cover is 19mm, same as the main hosing. Catch tanks have 19mm outlets
Thanks for the info!

I'm going to relocate it a inch or so lower tomorrow, this will allow for better draining of the crud into the catch tank.

No, not for draining the tanks...
I want catch tanks inlets at a lower level to that of the rear PCV. So oil drains away and doesn't collect around the internal flaps.

Ah right. Mines behind near side front light, and is lower than both front PCV connections
Would position a can for the rear, to the space offside, near where timing chain located
But would have to loose at least one air horn compressor
What did you fit your dual can too?
Or is that secret squirrel tuner info:redface:sigpicJog on Noddy

Just mounted it to the inner scuttle panel above the bulkhead.
Tank easily removed by just undoing the 8mm allen bolt. For draining the tanks there's enough room below to get a cup under the spout and undo the taps.

The CC takes a while to drain, the water will just come out easily, but the oil/gunge will not. it comes out like treacle. Dont forget the Saikou Michi has a gauze in it that taps oil deposits.
Best way I cleaned mine was to use kerosene and pour it into one of the main intake/outlets of the CC. then once full, block all holes up and shake vigorously for a minute or so. drain the crap into bucket and repeat until you get clean Kero running out all outlets of the CC.
Good luck
