POS turned out to be, wait for it......a trainee taxi driver. You couldn't make it up. Jumped a stop sign at at least 40 mph straight over a crossroads that I was already crossing. Got all his details but he was keen for me to just take it to his friends backstreet garage to be fixed up. I dont think so. Mines a company car so all reported last night to go through the insurance.
Looked far worse initially than I thought. Some hissing from under the bonnet for ten minutes but no liquid leaks so don't know what that was.

As Soran said, SRP has worked wonders this morning but will still need to go into bodyshop on Monday morning

If its insurance, it should be a new front panel, chromes strip, bottom strip etc etc, then all sprayed up , and sort anything knackered behind it

Would have left it all mucky and looking really bad , i would. In fact, might have given it a kick

If you want a new front panel, suggest you make it worse than it looks now
Was better before you touched it

But I know the detailing habit is hard to fight......

With any luck they will replace the whole front panel anyway (Specially if its an insurance job, and you say "I dont want it just touched up")- but maybe make it look more like it did?

Like a reverse detail?...... can you do that Rabid?
