Dealer meet open day 19 October 2014

I am organising a open day at the Citroen dealership I work at. The Citroen car club are coming, 2cvGB club plus the Traction owners club. It would be great if the DS3 club could be there too.

We have indoor space to show the cars if the weather is bad. The plan is to have the following
Tour of a modern Citroen dealer workshop
Tour of the accident repair centre with demo of the equipment
Machine polishing demo and paint advice
Free technical advice and chance to get owners cars on a ramp
Raffle with some great prizes
Competitions on the day such as show and shine, best car on the day, oldest classic car etc.
Refreshments and buffet lunch
Chance to see new Citroens too as well as some real old classic like ordinal DS, Tractions etc

It will be an opportunity to meet owners from the varies Citroen clubs

I am considering this, but would have to be a hotel nearby the night before, as it's over 300 miles for me, and I would be up for a few convoy points on the way if anyone fancied doing the same

I don't mind doing the driving, it's the fact I'm limited on how many miles I can do .
