Before my warranty ran out I had it booked in loads at Citroen but not once did they seem to do any checks except a test run and then call 5 hours later to say collect the car we can't find a fault. I even asked if they had checked the gearbox oil or taken any parts off to check which they said no as they would have to charge me even under warranty. Love my ds3 but Id never get another or recommend one as the customer service is crap and I've still got a defected car which I pay for each monthObsidian Black/Carmen Red

I do know what you mean regarding recommending the DS3. Only we can speak of personal experience, but I feel the time that I've had it and the age that it is, I'm not really 100% impressed with it.

Exactly like you they couldn't replicate the noise, the car had covered 9 miles in that week and like you said I also stated that the car had to be warmed up for a good spell before the noise would occur.
So if it comes back again, I've to contact them. I'm at the conclusion that they're not all that interested and will just hope the noise has disappeared...
