spoken to dealership this morning told still no answer on head how long does it take to pressure test a head.

Rang local company this afternoon who specialise in engine testing asked how long does it take to test head was told turnaround back to customer 24hrs.Think mine must be
going to Australia to be tested looks like they are slowly hanging themselves

Have you thought about just walking into their workshop and talking face to face with the Top Tech to explain your concerns and see what he says?

Have been to dealership 1 week ago and was stopped from entering workshop. As was told the car was taking up ramp space needed so moving as fast as possible I have been in the motor trade for 30 years if you need the ramp you move the car taking the
head off the car does not make it immobile.

Arn, I would take this bit of info into the dealership and ask why it takes them so long

The Chief Technician at my dealers can always be spoken to in the showroom, I'd ask to speak to him again in the showroom, I doubt they will want you talking too loudly about the issues you're having with your DS3 and their service

They have that sorted moved service department away from sales and tell you they are too busy cant blame techs its not them that organise the running of workshop the blame is with service team and their manager which I have only spoken to over phone
after last time it was in for work damaged the wheel when parking it on the street and dent in door which was not on when went in still waiting for that to be sorted told me would need car for 3 or 4 days then said would take wheel and send away and have
dent sorted at home did say what am I supposed to do with a car that does not have spare wheel to put on while alloy getting fixed had not fought about that so had arranged for this work to be done while it is with them coming up to 8 WEEKS looks like they have just kept digging this hole that their in.

You could get your local paper involved about the quality of customer service and see if they will do and article about your troubles

57 days to find out that cylinder head is warped now have to get ok to order parts.(remember week 5 was told that they had ordered head without permission from warranty so to be ready when given ok to do job bull s..t. If they had ordered it they should
have it in .And they told me 11 days to get parts when I could get it in 24hrs as in stock from CUK. Awaiting call to give me POSSIBLE date on when ready it only took 3 months for the whole car to be ordered built shipped and transported to distributor and
sent to dealers thank f..k they dont build them at E-H

Time to return the keys as not fit for purpose exchange car for a derv in same spec or money back and move on
When this happened to me I just went slightly ape at sales manager and part x'd for different motor

Citroen bought my car back and cleared my finance short fall, tbh I found them fantastic to deal with and have no complaints at all.

I think you need to be a little bit more assertive and by a little I mean a lot!!!!! The dealers are clearly taking the piss, go straight to Citroen customer services and do not take no for an answer.

phone call today dealer has new head but cant fit it because they said that it was ordered without permission from CUK and have to wait before fitting it.And will not be done this side of christmas as finish at 12pm tuesday and will not be ready before 31/12/13
as want to test drive for 3 days to make sure it is fixed.Why worry now have not given a s..t before told me to take away and drive then bring in to check really hoping everything going to be perfect as will have 70 days of anger to release.

They must recompensate you in some way- so keep your cool, but can see its too slow in getting it sorted

DAY 65 was told would have car back today by service Manager.Phone call to garage this morning to see what time it will be ready told service manager away till end of week and NO ONE could tell me anything as he was PERSONALLY looking after all work being carried out. SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOTALLY F--KING USELESS will be Complaining to CUK and also want to see Dealer principle. Called into dealers after phone call without them seeing me walked into workshop car still sitting on ramp bonnet up NO ONE working on car THIS IS ONE DEALERSHIP CITROEN COULD DO WITHOUT LOOKS LIKE LOCAL NEWSPAPER WILL BE GETTING PHONE CALL PEOPLE SHOULD BE TOLD HOW USELESS THEY ARE.
