Hmm.... Strange, best thing to do would be to give your dealer a quick buzz and ask them to check on DIALOG for a date for you.

I would do it myself but only the ordering dealer can see the order

I had nothing except my new car.

I didn't pay any attention to anything from Citroen to be honest. I didn't get an email and my letter saying my car was on its way arrived quite a time after my dealer called me to say she had left France. I knew my car was on it's way and my dealer was really informative with the information he had.

Yes, I would go with that. November production was cogged with roll-over orders being converted to Model year 20 spec, thus new orders would have been bumped to December. Now the bulletin for December advises that production is in February which leads you on to March delivery.

Chase up my car today and received this reply:

Hi Lee,

The car is still outside the country, until the factory and the customs department at Calais tell me it will arrive I won't know a date.

Apologies, you should have received a confirmation email from our admin department. I will chase it up.

Have you not had any emails from CUK themselves?

All vehicles need to go through a customs check before shipping which I believe is done at Calais, plus the car will need to be loaded for the crossing and unloaded at the other end, plus RDC transport, and then parc transport, and then....etc.

Just be patient as it won't be long now

Well rule of thumb is that if the car is at Calais then is about 18 days away
